Looks are subjective. I like them but not everybody does. They are a bit of an acquired taste.is it because it is ugly?
I went for a Z4MC because it wasn't a 911 or Cayman or M3.
At the time, a similar age/mileage 911 or Cayman was 2-4x the price and every boy racer had an e46 M3 (I did look at a CSL, but the closest in price was about 25% more expensive for a 60,000 mile example vs my 9,600 mile Z4MC)...and I prefer something a little less common
Between 2006-2008 there were about 30,000 Caymans manufactured worldwide (c.6,000 just for the European market), vs c.90,000 911s, vs c.4,500 Z4MC. Even if you halve the 911 numbers to allow for coupes only, that's still 10x more common.
I would gladly have an E46 M3, that is a stunner. A ZC does not come close for me
It was last sold in September 2025 for £90,000 - which is fair given the mileage. That price is ludicrous, who in their right mind is going to pay that, even if you had more money than sense. That’s CSL or nearly GT3 money. Not a strong colour either. Hexagon always seem find these sort of prices though. Crazy.
Do you regret selling yours?Alpine White MC with imola red interior for sale, 26k miles, £29,995, similar to the one I sold last year- 1 of 3 in the UK with white/ red combo.
