I plan the next weekend/non daily to be a 997 but an M could be a good stepping stone. Would have to be the MC as I just prefer the look. Mind you the first warm sunny day I would predict a comment from my wife along the lines of ‘it would be nice if the roof could have gone down ‘

under by at least £1500 id say & if you can wait it out then i would .
Phew, it's probably just as well I bought my MC in December.
I could have been seriously tempted by an MR in Imola Red, especially at that price!

It's been the same for the past 6-9months , been 15-25 MCs up for sale against 7-10 MRs.
Price differential between the 2 has narrowed significantly too in the past 18 months from their widest point.
Last Oct / Nov a couple of MCs sold close to parity with equivalent MR but seem to have risen again.
Always nice to see a "ex" 
had some good trips away in this MR including a forum jaunt over the channel .
Its had some choice upgrades with the wheels & suspension since it left me + added another 3k to the odometer .

Seller has slipped up not mentioning the service record
from memory it was more than could be expected or seen with any similar mileaged S54 Z4 , previous 5 years before i bought it had been done oil-ins1-oil-ins2-oil carried out yearly at MOT as the owner thought it was on yearly service schedule not every 2 years plus i think i had a ins1 carried out around 68k so whoever buys will be a " win-win" on that front
