Hi, No, just spotted it on eBay when looking. It did seem that if it was just a wing then Cat C was a bit strong for its Cat status I would have thought that would be a Cat D
 
There is no chance it would be Cat C needing just a wing.Still rare car,colour and good miles 15k is not a bad shout
Cat C is usually structurally damaged and
Cost is more than the cars worth to repair and they usually have to be registered after.
 
I would ask for pictures if interested of before & after

If it were serious, expect them ‘not to be available...’

Gov car Road Tax bands changed shortly after they were 1st released, so a few got registered at a lower rate - bit like what happened in April 2017 when they again changed the rules, as too many cars were qualifying as exempt
 
Anyone know the history to this - £15k seems like good value for a Sepang coupe on this mileage?

Yes apparently it was re orded Cat C in May 2012 - was wondering if anyone could remember anything being posted on here.

Also does anyone have a link to the database that serves as a record of production volumes - done a search but no success?

It has been discussed previously in the thread "Flimper" has running Re damaged / write off ZMs
 
Previous keepers number in eBay advert
Maybe worth giving them a call to see if they have any pictures of the damage or a report.
I seriously doubt it would be Cat C due to damaged wing and the Bronze paint being expensive :rofl:

That's an absolute bargain of a car.... :o Looks like it has been well serviced over the past few years as well.

The Remus boxes are worth £700 on the marketplace here.

That's a weird statement :? Anyone spending money on a car, might, just might lose a bit of money when you come to sell it.....shock horror. Spending £20k on a MC is probably one of the safest places to put your money when compared to other alternatives....A45, M240, S3, TTS, 987S, 370Z....which would perform better over 5 years?
