M market watch

The metal is cheap and from the base model though and is de-speccing a 1k option. The leather is very nice and does not have any of the negatives that all the other surfaces have (scratches, finger prints etc).

I can help out a little with this,
The hard top was on a different car from the seller, but the buyer did a deal without the hard top so the seller has re-advertised another car with the hard top on.

I have seen this car and its in great condition.

Ambitious on price???

Mileage is nearly a 1/4 over on it's run in service. Otherwise apart from the wheels and jubious drivers seat wear. The bottom of the seat seems to have warn in an odd way like the leather has stretched looks far worse than the mileage suggests. Otherwise is a nice car not even marks on the steering wheel button surrounds which is rare.

Makes this one look somewhat of a bargain even with 20k extra miles covered :? most likely be prised away around £13k ??

I know this car well! It's from my home town! It is very clean and owned by the same family from new. It did originally come with 20 inch AC Schnitzer wheels in black and was originally offered for sale with those on from the same garage God knows why they were removed.

ACschnitzer alloys always divide opinion with a majority in the "nice but not for me" category i suspect :?
That said i don't think the garage's choice of change as enhanced their chances of achieving the £17450 they want
Its a fairly low mile car & imo would be better offered on 224s

Just having a peruse over my morning coffee & as the year draws to a close we have interesting times in the ///Marketplace
For those who follow the market on AT right now there are 27 cars ( mix of roadies & coupes ) all being sold by the trade & just one private sale on PH from 10 cars on offer
Ignore the high mile silver grey Mroadster (131K @ £9800) & Mcoupe (127K @ £13K ) along with the silly money high enders at £30k + & delve into the middle ground
What's noticeable is between £15k + £18k there is a mix of both MR (9) & MC (4) on 50k -80k cars :?
i can't recall any similar fudging of prices between the 2 models in the time ive watched the market with the usual gap where roadsters stop & coupes start not so defined as it has been
Could simply be the market as it stands or could be a indicator going forward that the values will get closer together as opposed to further apart as some have previously suggested
Interesting times 8)

Ye true might have a shifty at the silver MR with red leather with crap tyres see what's going on with that and the ruby MC with foggy headlight seem to be good all rounders with some negotiation if the history is up to scratch.

Shame there's not a silver grey with red leather around. But could be a long wait for that combo.

Too many posts to trawl back but i,m pretty sure this car was advertised by same seller many months ago & SOLD pretty quickly :?
Mroady in silver , 07 65k with h-top , alu dash not ideal on M cars but not hard to get over

Is it actually for sale?????? Whenever I've looked on his website of the 15 or 20 cars "for sale" all but 4 or 5 have long since been sold.

It was still for sale a month ago when I collected mine from him, the roof was originally on the car I purchased.
Its a dealer that works from home so does not hold a huge stock, Looked a very clean car, saying that all the cars looked very clean. I guess with a small stock he hand picks the cars.

Yes, I think your right there.

What is it with so many M Coupes with crap service history!

Wonder how many people have an M on here that has actually earned them money (not counting running costs)....I figure I'd be £3k up on what I paid for mine (and from a BMW dealer) just 2 years ago. Presume some who've bought from 2010 to 2014 and not added loads of miles will be £5-6k up....not too many BMW owners can say that!

Bought mine 3 years and 2 days ago for £11k.

Am I up? Probably.

Its not why I bought it though, so I don't think about it too much.
