whats your thoughts on this 1, in particular whats the toughts on the interior?

Honest thoughts are it looks a terrific example but 41k mileage against the forum Imola roady on 6ok & i'm trying really hard to see where the £5k difference is ?
Pictures maybe better but how many owners ? Probably the usual 4/6 otherwise they would have said
Also no mention of actual service regime other than "part dealer/part indy" :? 41k ? Has it had it had its first Ins2 ?
Appreciating classic maybe but its a high ask imo

That one I posted before is up, was 24k miles.

£26,850 !

WoW ! £27k :o prices are going to the moon  High ask to effectively buy miles as a similar car with 50k would be £7 / 10k cheaper . you would have to cover seriously low miles to retain anything like the value paid
Ludicrous , speculative or greedy ? :?

I bought this one last night, my first M and just in time for next weeks trackday at Spa and the 'ring. http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201506294759306?onesearchad=used%2Cnearlynew%2Cnew&model=z4m&search-target=usedcars&sort=default&quicksearch=true&channel=cars&page=1&postcode=ba29eq&radius=1500&make=bmw&logcode=p

I can add that the black one mentioned previously on this page http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/REDUCED-2006-06-BMW-Z4M-3-2-Convertible/271911301237?hlpht=true&ops=true&viphx=1&_trksid=p5197.c100068.m2280&_trkparms=ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140211130857%26meid%3D66e12d9ea0e249fbbc051f02c334d7cf%26pid%3D100068%26clkid%3D7642137334827210652&_qi=RTM2063723 seems good value but is due an inspection 2 and lacks cruise control. The dealer wouldn't budge on price one bit, which is his right of course, but a token contribution to my travel or towards a service would have seen me buy it.

I had actually agreed a sale a fortnight ago on the Interlagos blue (formerly white wrapped) Z4M with APs and KW Clubsports (mentioned a few pages back as a bargain) but after a week of trying to view the car I was told it had a slight ticking, believed to be Vanos. Not a problem as BMW would put it right, some days passed and it turned into cams, again not a problem providing it is fixed correctly. Eventually we got to view it to find the slight ticking was very loud and suspected bottom end and it would be fixed by a BMW mechanic at home with no certainty of where the fault lay, how long the repair might take and the doubt of 'would the problem return'? When this comes on the market do check that the seller has receipts/stamps in the book for all services and find out what the fault is/parts used/photographic evidence.

Anyway, having driven the car back to Bath from North London in the early hours I am looking forward to spending the afternoon washing and polishing and will post piccies in a new thread.

Cheers, Dave

Unless it's been done early it's porbably due in around 4k which adds another £700+

THink I would rather save £5k on the other and fettle it if required, which no doubt this will need anyway.

I was thinking the same about the mats, horrible!
It's quite low on spec by the looks of it too.

Thats a lovely car...

Sensible money too,nice miles...

Enjoy!.....

Its flimpered but a nice colour combo , low owners & decent miles @ 50k .
price is a fair place to start negotiation's  worth a peep for anyone looking for a M coupe http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-Z4M-Coupe-3-2-343BHP-2dr-Grey-Red-Leather-Active-Cruise-50k-/111695747066?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item1a0195d7fa

i think if you're in the narket for an M then you should not be looking at flimper spec, hold out and get a good 1

I would agree but very limited offerings on the market both C or R mean's unless a buyer has time to wait sometimes a compromise is needed on spec, miles or money

Only things I miss that I had on my Coupe is cruise control and Aux but both these can be retrofitted.
