Get it bought...it’s a nice little project car that’ll show a profit in 6 months time!

I only contacted the guy yesterday , he wants it gone by Friday & no way i can get 300miles south by then or i would have had a stab at that  couple of other ones not that crazy priced , things are tight right now across the whole performance car scene , decent Cayman 918s around the £25k mark :o many quality 997s up for sale 6 months with no sniffs  buyers market though & right now i'm cash rich & car poor :D

Looks cheap to me, 75k mile Z4MC for £14.5k! Bit of paint, polish, if the headlights can be sorted and not replaced, I reckon it could be sorted for under £1k.

What's the rock bottom? I would be interested in a flip maybe but not confident it's a good runner could backfire :(

Last word yesterday pm he said £12k but would need to be today or tomorrow (Worthing).
He has owned it 7yrs., clearly needs time, effort & some cash spending but nothing of any worry.
Shame it was so far away for me

Just imo that’s got grief written all over it Andy, a car in that condition with an over serviced book..?? Doesn’t stack up mate. Be a brave man to risk an M in that condition. Bodywork etc, no problem....engine....?? Who knows.

A check of the MOT history would lead me to agree with you. Just doesn't stack up, especially when you consider the overall condition.

That said, fortune favours the brave :D

Hmmm....as Mr. Wilks / Looney have said, it is tempting to not buy this at 12k ish and get it 100%. Shouldn't be more than 1-2K and should end up a sound investment. It could also be a great buy for someone wanting to get into one cheap. If this wasn't 5 hours away I'd have bought it, sat on it for a year and sold it this time next year.
It breaks my heart seeing cars of this ilk not washed for the advert. The only thing everyone thinks is 'if they can't be bothered to wash it, what else can't they be bothered with?'

To put that into perspective Hexagon are at the end of billionaires row, where there are currently mansions crumbling into obscurity. Probably bought as an 18th Birthday present, driven around for the summer and then left in the garage for a while before getting rid.

Yea

But does that constitute a “good” one?

I doubt it , it’s £5000 under similar stock, boggo spec with s**t wheels and sounds like it needs paintwork..

Much like the £12k Z4MC, it’s a shitty football

Your right though, the brand isn’t what it was.

It’s much better now after the calamity of the 996/997 era

:D that silver one is a nice car , on Carerra 20s with decent spec 37k , £26k possibly a nudge more would drive that away , this time last year same car £33k ? £35k ? Theyre on the slide , no question of that , just how far we shall have to see :)

Its silver with 1/2 leather..

Its got alcantara

Wonder what history is like?

Thats was a £31k car last year... I very nearly had one very similar but manual and it was in Scotland, that was £29,995 last year.

Silver Porsche is like a doom blue Z4..... Car aids.
