M Coupe wanted Urgent-

Yeah, it is different to a MC. Thing is, to me they are both cars I had to own, coz they are just amazing to drive and look at. This thing just has it all apart from the amazing MC coupe look.It is fully loaded with TV, sunroof Bose, massive bucket seats rear DVD etc... I will love it, but will be back for a MC soon. So in case one of you currently owns my future MC, then please look after it and take it to the main dealer for servicing.

Congrats Jess, RS4 is a great car. But don't limit yourself with a main dealer serviced MC....you'll get a better one with care from a decent Indy. You're welcome

Would love to own one too, but found they were quite a bit more expensive for similar age/mileage

That's actually not true. It's a subjective opinion not based on fact.

Thanks Guvnor, me too., besides I have had an E90 and E60 so this was going to happen at some point as I say above

Richard, please don't tell me you the the proud owner of all 3 of those ? If so, then I am deeply jealous :D ( you don't have to answer this question by the way )

The car is having an RAC inspection next week, so I guess it could be all change again. I think it will be OK, as it seems like a good one. Fingers crossed again. :driving:

I wish! No just the M3, that was a pic from the recent Kent meet and was all I had to hand :-)

Not personally a great fan of the Audi's... They seem to favour a very lifeless electric steering set up too. Let us know how you get on with the car Jess though, will be interesting to hear a review of it

..yeah Nina, they are not supposed to be that great in general. I think the B7 RS4 is meant to be different though..will find out soon.

I tried to get into the RS vibe today and went onto one of their forums. ....All I am gonna say is I will miss having a MC and discussing it on here.

Good choice Jess, here's mine:

It's my daily, and makes a great contrast to the MC. Outright straight line performance is very similar - the Audi is up on power and revs to 8k rpm but is 200kg heavier. Both great cars in their own right.

Excellent !

You got the best colour RS4 and also the best colour MC.

Who De-tango'd the lights on your RS?, It is the 1st mod I want to do, but am not keen on doing myself as I hear the bumper has to come off.

I then want to put on an Intake

Thanks

J

Cheers!

From late 2006 they came with clear indicators as standard as part of a (very) small facelift. I think that was the only external change, everything else was to do with standardising some of the options.

The carbon intakes available do look and sound good, although I went the other path - remove pre-cats and fit Milltek exhaust.

Hi new to this site and looking for some help re FG07GPZ.

The car is currently for sale and I was thinking about buying it but came across this thread from last year when Jess was looking at buying it.
Looks like she put a deposit down on the car from Arden but then backed out as there were some issues with the car.

I've tried messaging her but looks like she is no longer a member.
Just wondered if anyone had any discussions with her about it and could shed any light on the problems.

I'm in the market for something that has done less than £50k miles and willing to spend upto £18k depending on spec and mileage

Any help appreciated

Thanks
Rich

Hi link below to the car on Autotrader
http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201504072404545/sort/default/make/bmw/model/z4m/usedcars/onesearchad/used%2Cnearlynew%2Cnew/channel/cars/page/2/postcode/wn49nn?logcode=p

It's currently on a private reg.

If you check back through the post the reg FG07GPZ is the one Jess discussed but I can't see that she ever discussed the "issues" with the car in the forum
