Ouch, hope you got some money off on that! Wasn't this the one you mentioned that by time was actually essentially due the inspection now or in July or am I getting muddled?

Please note, I am still looking for a ZMC, the one at the dealer fell through due to the poor workmanship of their smart repair guys..am gutted !

Hope you got your deposit back! Sorry to hear that :( - unfortunately finding the right car can prove to be quite a drawn out process but eventually the right car will come along...
 
Yes Kev, that is the one.

They have promised to give my deposit back, once I return the V5 which they sent off to the DVLA already. So another owner on the car as of yesterday ! It is back on the BMW site for sale again now.
 
most of my snagging list wasn't rectified, even though the sales guy was told it had been by their service guys. The work that was done, was very shoddy and I would not feel happy selling that car onto someone from here in a year or two, so I walked away.
 
Smart repairs were not so smart. :x

Thanks for pointing this out.

I spoke with them just now, and sounds like the front has been painted, but the car doesn't have heated seats, which is quite important for me.

Might go an check it out anyway next week, about to give up on finding a suitable beast TBH and might go and impulse buy something else.. :cry:

Don't give up, took me 8 months to find a car... Talking amongst owners sees that 8/9 months is a common trend, sometimes we have to view a few lemons before the right one comes along :)
 
.....I couldn't stop myself,..it was the lure of the V8 and none of you guys were around to talk me out of it :headbang:
