I ALWAYS park over two spaces. After the first time I went to the supermarket in it and the door got dented I decided to just take up two spaces from then on.

I would never park over two spaces personally; its a Z4 not a Ferrari 250 GTO. Incredibly selfish behaviour. If I want to protect my car, I'll park a distance away from the front doors in a quiet area of the car park.

Taking up two spaces in a 'busy' area of the car park will always get peoples backs up, and I've seen cars end up keyed for doing it in the past

I would like to say that i do park in the quieter areas of car parks. I'm not that idiot who takes two spaces right at the front - that is simply selfish.
I have had such bad luck with door scratches/dents, due to people who seem to enjoy smashing their doors into other cars, that I just don't care what other people think....It does not affect me that someone who doesn't know me *thinks* I can not park.
