Luke and his Z - Getting there!

Wrapped the lower front bumper too whilst I had the headlights out
Was a simple procedure...
1) Take bumper off
2) Turn bumper on its front so you can see behind
3) Unclip the clips holding the bottom grill in place (I found it easiest to pull the top ones off which are just locating pins, then Unclip the bottom ones whilst pulling up)
4) Wrap and job done! Wrap went on really easy and with just a little heat gun warmth it came up really nice

Ha! You were the worst for making me spend more and more time cleaning the engine bay mate!! :lol: was good having a nosey around your car too. Never knew there were so many differences between the Alpinas and the rest of the Z crew.
Great to hear Harry liked it! He was a nice lad... with apparent good taste in motors!
I dried the fogs out last night but there is SO much crap in them that is stuck on i am going to have to do a cut and shut on them too in the next week or so and use some ally tape to get the reflection back.

So...
Lunch Time Mod was changing the Pre Facelift Climate Control Unit for the Facelift one
1) Take out vents and stereo. (I expected this to be a real pain but it was surprisingly simple!)
2) Take out the radio (simply 2 screws holding it in place)
3) Undo these 2 screws
4) Push each side out of its hole
5) Take out block connectors at the back of the unit (2) and take unit out from underneath the centre
6) Connect connection blocks to new unit and push back into place, do up screws and test!
JOB DONE! nice easy mod and only took up 15 mins of lunch

I don't believe it is looks a lot like it. I think mine is bigger

If you need any bits making up Luke for the seats just ask. Usual agreement on price you scratch my back and all that
