Low windscreen washer level warning

Ok I just ran out of water completly today and guess what?.....no warning light!! Also I can't see any light on the dash or in the handbook

I don't think the M has this light. I think you all need to stop taking drugs :P
 
UPDATE

Well the washer jets problem is now fixed. As I had read on here the filter was blocked so removed the entire bottle and cleaned it out.

However, now the offside headlight washer jet is not spraying water. I've read on here it's probably from air in the system after emptying the tank and if I keep using it, it should come back on again soon.

However, still no light even with no water in the tank so mine obviously doesn't have it I have almost every option box ticked too. Must be that some have and some don't.
 
lol.. can someone take a photo of said dash light?

just to prove it exists and this isn't a very early april fools? :D
 
I had that light come on, stopped at the dealership and asked the silly Question "What's this?"

I had the washer light come on a few days ago, never went away until I filled it up again. When the light comes on the headlight wash stops working and only washes the window.

Mines a Z4 3.0SI.

Can't see why BMW wouldn't fit one to the Z4M as even Vauxhalls have one!
 
I've now got the answer from BMW. The warning light is fitted to those cars with Xenons so this covers all Z4Ms and some Si's.

Not sure why they are so stingy on dash lights - the Si doesn't even get one for headlamps!!!
 
Well all M's have xenons and guess what......no warning light on mines....lol

Maybe its xenons with the comfort pack? I had the comfort pack on my 3.0Si but no xenons and no warning light.
I think someone needs to post a pic :D

Can't be, I don't have xenon's on my SI and I have the headlight lamp too.
 
right... thats well different to mine.
I dont have a headlight light, nor that spray light, nor lit up rev redline.

hmm....
 
The variable redline is only on M's but the headlight indicator should be on all... right? :?
