Just my opinion as a maintenance engineer
The quality oils are made to a high standard to suit the car manufacturers tolerances
The car manufacturers make there engines to run on mainstream oil that is to a standard
In O rings and seals are made to run in this spec of oil
The wear mainly comes from operating outside the standard operating parameters, too hot too cold used for too long between oil changes.
Then there is oil contamination and carbon deposits some from the fuel, some from entering the engine, jet washing the engine can push grit past a seal and into the engine where it has to travel through the engine to the sump to be picked up and pumped to the oil filter where it should be trapped
So given the above I would not be adding chemicals that dilute the oils capacity to correctly lubricate the engine
Again my opinion my Z4M only does 3 to 5 thousand miles per oil change and half that for an oil filter as the oil filter is on top of the engine it can be changed without draining the oil.
