I live in the Rutland area and we are spoilt for decent roads in the area, and always up for a road trip. In fact out most weekend with friends in westfields and TVR's.
Market harborough, Melton and back via seaton viaduct and caldicott/uppingham is a winner of a route. Also vote for the local EVO triangle from Corby glen north on the old road and then back along north dyke

Can we maybe re plan something Lincs / Leics. There's a few who were interested from https://www.facebook.com/groups/z4ukownersclub/663278710375505/?notif_t=group_comment when I suggested something around M1 Junction 22 (being central and only 45-60 mins from Lincs)?

I might have another go at sorting something out for a couple of months. The inaugural Lincoln meet deserves to happen!

I was visiting family near Market Harborough yesterday and drove some amazing roads from the Langtons (B6047 Melton Road), Tilton on the Hill and eventually joining the A46 near Queniborough. They would make great roads for a run with a good pub or two and some fabulous views as well.
Count me in. Lets do it!!! 
Bradders have you thought any more about this ?

Ah yes, it is rather a nice run. Did that as part of run I organised for the MR2 Roadster club. Also, The Oathill pub does a fab Sunday roast, and they zoned off ( with a little persuasion from me ) their carpark so all the MR2s could park together. I am sure they would do same for zeds. The run had started earlier on further East and stopped off at The Oathill, then through the roads your describe to my house house for lots of coffee and cakes.
P.s. I mighn't be able to make it though as am looking at an Eos on Thursday and might be leaving the fold.
Yup, that's one of the reasons, plus the TSI version goes just as fast as my zed .
