Lincolnshire meet - POSTPONED

I cant do the 6th april sadly as I am running in the Lincoln 10k road race then but should be able to make the 13th april :thumbsup:
 
Probably not a good idea to start in Lincoln for the 6th if the 10k is on :)

I'm OK with either date though - bailgate sounds fine too :thumbsup:
 
Being a stocky chap, 10k runs are well off my radar but thanks for the tip off. April 13th seems like a good date to pencil in. :)

Would anyone like to volunteer to be group leader? I'll just hold you all up! I'll have a good think about a route and starting point over the next week or so. I'll be looking to set it at around 75 to 100 miles if that's ok. :driving:
 
I drive to Skegness quite often and enjoy the A18 / A16 (when you're not stuck behind caravans, tractors and lorries) but I've never drove any other roads in the area. Depending on dates I'm in. 8)

I have enjoyed driving to Skeg for 23 years now & I love the journey...it was loads better too years ago before speed cameras started popping up all over the place!
 
The main Skeg road is a complete PITA in the summer - too many muggles heading to the coast :evil: . I do use the back roads though when taking the shed and dogs to the beach, but usually head towards Wolla Bank.
 
We'll probably not take in the delights of Skeg (plus you'll not get me away from the 2p shove machines) but I've updated the title page to give people a date to aim for. I've just accepted an offer on my house so about to enter into a world of stress but hopefully it won't get in the way of organising this. :thumbsup:

Think i'll keep an eye on this thread as my daughter goes to lincoln Uni it would be an excuse to drive over and see her and have a drive out in the Z from Worcestershire
