We have but they build the houses extremely well here. All we hear is wind noise. Though two typhoons ago I did lose my trash can lid :(
Other parts of the island did flood and get damaged but picked a very good spot.

BTW I think I forgot to mention, Isabella is 4 months old and smiling at everyone! Still doesn't sleep for me though most of the time. ;)
