Key reprogram

Just had my key back from Master locksmith, I can reprogram by ignition on then off hold unlock button down then press lock 3 times but it cancels my working key, when I repeat with my old key it cancels out the other one. Both keys start the car. Any thoughts please.

You have to do both keys one right after the other with no waiting in-between.

Thanks have tried that one after the other straight away but no joy as it just keeps cancelling the 1st key.

I recently had a key fitted with a new battery by the Master Locksmith. I followed their instructions and it paired easily with the car. I think you have to do the second one within 30 seconds when repeating the process. I had a couple of goes before I was quick enough. If you do have a continuing problem get in touch with them. I found them to be very helpful. Good luck.

Thanks I’ll have another go. Yes the service from Master Locksmith was good and on time it may just be me not doing the program process quick enough.

Sounds like you are not doing the second key fast enough, each time you complete the 2nd key and don't do it quick enough between doing the first one the first key will loose the pairing leaving you with a working 2nd key.
