Just picked up my M- headlight issue?

Did you buy it privately? In the grand scheme of things the ballast isn't a massive expense, even if it is an unwelcome one, but if you bought from a dealer you should be covered
 
Private sale! I picked up a ballast from a local seller on ebay for £55 (bargain!) and it has solved the problem. however, I have spotted another. The headlight washer is leaking water inside the bumper and I am thinking this may be the reason the headlight was filling with water in the first place. I am attempting to seal it with some gutter sealant from B&Q.
 
Trying to figure out if bluetooth is actually fitted, the phone setup in the centre console is there but I cannot get bluetooth to go into pairing mode despite following the easy instructions from the forum. It's almost as if it doesn't exist. I've looked up the factory option using the VIN decoder and the only reference to communication systems is:

Does that mean it is fitted?

Also I'm having real trouble getting the boot carpet off the rear bulkhead. I can easily remove the battery cover and the 2 plastic connectors on the left but the roof release mechanism is preventing me from getting the carpet back as far as i need to get to the electronics. Is there a handy guide anywhere?
