Right, so I've been watching a few of the Ammo NYC videos (same guy as on the Drive Clean vids) and Larry was explaining how a glaze/ sealant works to fill in fine swirls.
I've never really noticed the impact water has on swirls, but in this snapshot from the video you can see that when a bit of water is sprayed onto the car as it seeps off the swirls re-appear and can't be seen where the water is present.
I'm very new to detailing so my mind is easily blown, but would a glaze really work this well?

There are a few fine swirls on the Z, so I may have to strip it back, clay, glaze, and wax in the near future.
