Jingles White Z progress thread!! (PICTURE HEAVY)

Cars coming along very nicely 8) tasteful mods which really suit a white Z, look forward to seeing what setup you get regarding suspension. New alloys on the mod list? Iv just got to the point where I'm looking suspension and possibly new alloys but really struggling to either stay OM or go all out with a set of aftermarket alloys!

All the best matey cars a real credit to you

Thanks guys, I am loving my Z more than ever!

Marlon, yea already had the rear //M bumper so the price was just for the exhaust work, but still well worth it :fuelfire:

Next up is probs going to be suspension and wheels, not sure which order yet as depends on funds. It's currently sat on standard springs so tempted to drop it 30mm max and then add some new wheels, either 224s or csl reps I'm thinking.
Then hard top if I manage to find 1 cheap with a poor or scratched paint job as it will need spraying anyway.

No sound clip yet, will be trying to get 1 over the weekend to upload here and another forum/Facebook for people to hear it in action :)

Cars looking Great!!
Mine is virtually identical (being also from EMP). EMP are amazing welders, some of the conversions they have done are out of this world, quality is second to none.
Not the best video in the world but gives you a good impression.

Those wheels (will) look great on your car
I was looking at a set for mine, but don't think I can find any in NZ....
I think I'll stick with waiting for some 224's to turn up.

What are those wheels and 18 or 19
Liking that

Enzed, i orginally wanted 224s but have recently changed my mind, hoping these will look better :D

Markplant the wheels in the Photoshop are 19" AVA Memphis wheels, but they are VERY similar to Ispiri ISR6 19". please dont all go out and buy these as i wanna get them 1st :P (well i know im not 1st, The Saint already has them but you know what i mean haha)

I have liked the Ipsiri wheels for a long time, surprised there are not more sets on here. Only a bargain set of X5 tigerclaws stopped me doing it!

. . .

mind telling me what the M rear bumper cost so I can get an idea of the price for the overall quad conversion?

i paid £130 for the //M bumper off ebay, it needed a small repair which wasn't bad at all. hope that helps :)

was in the summer, there was a couple of front and rears for a while now there seems to be none. maybe summer is better for buying the bumpers?

Yeh maybe, I'd pic one up and get my local garage body shop guy to fit it and spray it and then its ready for a day trip to that quad fitter you used. That's the plan anyway.

p.s. post some more pics of that great rear end of yours :poke:

depending on how much your body shop charges.... its worth just fitting it yourself, thats what i did, followed a tutorial on here and ive had my rear end off about 7-8 times now and even refitted a new rear crash bar and rear bumper brackets and new PDC loom and sensors etc and ive never done any kind of car panel work before. its pretty much just unclip and reclip on new bumper tbh

will try and get some decent photos again this weekend once its cleaned again, currently filthy from a long drive to football at the weekend :(
