not sure if it would run the 10 speaker system properly, may have to unplug the cd changer and try an aux in, good job on the pipes too, did you have to remove them to clean them up

Ahh if you have the 10 speaker system it probably sounds a great deal better than mine did :)
 
Just home from Promap in North Wales - had it mapped from 177-197bhp!

Wow , what a difference! It's like a new car! So much more useable power - before it felt flat as a fart in 4th when putting your foot down, now has bags of torque. Well impressed for £235.

aw bugger, didnt realise this place was so close to me, just 10 minutes up the road, would have swung by to see how you were getting on... good news on the mapping anyhow, very tempted to grab another 20 horses myself :D
 
Hi gannet, it's a Sony MEX-4000bt, sounds fantastic and I paid £80 off an ex display company on eBay, best all round head unit I've had!

Oh really Mr Tourette? Where abouts are you based? It was a nice drive home with the extra power :)

Thanks, food for thought. Looks good, might be viable replacement for the built in non-reliable unit in my car...
 
No problem gannet! I remember my mates DS3 head unit not being the best :)

autovisionsdetailing - yes 1000000% you won't be disappointed; I would get it done anywhere though, there's no specific map for these engines, just a freneric one so find a place local to you with a decent rep :)
