Best of luck with the dc-100 and or Sport, Matt

Must admit think the new xf front is the front it should have always had.. Sign of a good facelift.

I'm not on the dc-100 team but I do feel for them replacing an icon like that........ We've all said the same about the xf front but at the time the company did not have the lamp tec to pull it off.. but we got there in the end.....

As a LR fan keep up the good work Matt .. If your on RRS can we get the split tailgate back please...

Nice job on the xf

It's a shame that they have pitched the price at £55k, for me the Boxter price range would have been more sensible giving higher sales.

Just have to wait a few years and get one used, as for the over 50 remark, who cares when something looks this good

All I meant by my "50" remark was, having owned a Jag, is that they are always looked upon as a "more muture" drivers brand.
They have tried many times to appeal to the younger upper market age bracket, but for some reason its still does not seem to appeal to the younger market. They still prefer the Audis & BMW's.
Just saying!

I work for Jaguar /LandRover in the Design Studio we had one of the first production built cars in..... :)

Matt - That's fantastic. As an XF owner I envy you that opportunity. I still have the dealers trying to invite me to special events to sell me the 'latest' XK... :(

The XF has a place in my heart, I was there from the start, all the way through to were it is now. I looked after the front end exterior from launch vehicle (2008), super charge (2010) and the newly release facelift (2012)... love that car for what it is

Matt - When do we get to see the XFR-S?
I seeit's been running around the streets with minimal camo, but not seen a revealed shot of the minor details like sideskirts and rear quarter lower edges.

I like the design, it's quite
nice looking but I agree with an earlier post that it will appeal to Jag's typical demographic. I can imagine some fat balding geezer with a tan driving it. There's just something about Jag's - can never really warm to them. Just personal prejudice really but I never fancied one and this hasn't changed my opinion.

It'd better be bloody good to drive as well if JLR keep mentioning the 911/Boxster as a competitor. Otherwise there will be egg on faces big time. A bit foolish to go down that road IMO.

My one criticism is the interior. I hate the jag steering wheel, and it actually is trying too much like Knight Rider, with all the different colour variants and too many gadgets.....it's looks cheap and tacky.

Go with with Land Rover are doing with the new Range Rover on the button front, less is more....

Plus there's a convertible on the cards.

Sorry Carol, but your taste and mine just had a massive barney, broke all the china including your Mum's favourite blown glass clown, and are now splitting the house - that's one of the feckin' ugliest creations I have ever had the misfortune to find on the 'net, and I dread to think what it looks like roof up... Not that they have been brave enough to release any. Horrible
