Is this the lowest mileage Garage Queen for sale?

The RS has one other thing going for it. IIRC it was the last Alpina model to be properly built up in Buchloe. I'm ready to be corrected on that though.

That's what I understand too - built as a 3L BMW-Individual in Spartenburg and then shipped to Buchloe, where it was stripped down and rebuilt by Alpina

After the RS, BMW's production processes had reached the point where 'special order' cars could be intermingled on the production line with 'normal' cars, so Alpina started shipping their engines/interiors/suspension etc. to BMW and the cars were built and tested alongside the regular BMWs - I think they were/are still shipped back to Buchloe for the final spit & polish and quality control though (and possibly the fitment of things that can't be done on the BMW production line)

I expect Wee Bing will be along shortly with a royalty invoice :D

Indeed - show. us. the money :D

if you get to the Kent meet we'll sort a new one for you, till then you'll have to put up with your own effort

That pic of Wee Bing's is a keeper, regardless of car. I don't have a pic I'd want to replace it with and I'm not going to stick some vanilla M badge up

*Proud father alert*

However I'm not telling him right now as he's currently on my sh*t list for an attitude wobble the other day :telloff:

Goes with the territory. Lasts longer with boys too. When they're older you can take away girlfriend sleepover privileges. Works far better than grounding ever did :D

His Xbox is living under my bed until he figures out what is required to get it back. So far he's being polite and doing as he's told... If he thinks that's enough then it'll be a while till he sees it again, if ever

So on monday, should I say something about "I came here to collect that x-box you sold me?"

Not worked out the magic "sorry" word then? I love the begrudging way it's said sometimes (when it's not me it's aimed at anyway)

Nope. Nor has he worked out he needs to understand and be able to explain what he's sorry about. It'll come in time. Though he may be a virtual hermit with no means of contacting the outside world by then ...

Tell him a hint might be to google "apology" :)
