Success, after about 30 emails to Bernard at Carly. I now have access to the up to date Carly App. He unlocked it this morning.In the end he was helpful but in the beginning obstructive with no help as to where I might find the evidence he needed. But for your guidance Rob, as to where to find the invoice for my original app purchase I would have given up. It was like banging my head against a brick wall. So once again, many thanks.
