The reason I ask is that I phoned Sopers to order one and was told that there isn't one for an E89, then I phoned the dealer that I bought the car from who said that there is one (part No 84212407464) which confuses me.

Just had a look at the BMW USA website and entered my E89's details and it appears that my dealer is correct as the part number matches. I'll go in this afternoon and get one methinks!Glyn said:Last I checked there wasn't one for the iPhone 6/6S for the E89, as the adapter is too wide apparently but it is available for other BMW models.
I bought one today, it holds / charges the phone and the signal is improved by using the car's aerial apparently. It's quite expensive for what it is at £179 and requires the phone case to be removed each time, so I'm guessing that quite a few folk won't bother buying one.InvisibleName said:Had a iPhone 6S BMW adapter in my car from new (July 2014) - so there definitely is one available
