iOS7

Help!!! I am probably being a complete numpty but can anyone tell me why the clock is set to London but the time displayed is 8 hours behind and how do i change it?

If you have a data connection, it should all do it automatically for you though (assuming you have that switched on in preferences - above time zone setting)

One of my apps is not working either (won't accept the password), but if I close it down completely and re-open it works once each time. For now, will have to completely close it each time.

Same issue in that the app tells me the password is wrong, but it's not. Works perfecty on the iphone, but not he ipad.

I knew that all went too well...

Seems the Barclays Ipad banking app has issues with ios7. They are inundated with calls. Meanwhile I've lost internet ipad and iphone banking as it won't now reload and has been escalated to a technical team to fix for me :headbang:

Mine works okay. Upgraded to 7.0 earlier today and just clicked the Barclays app icon. Logged in as usual and a note came up saying if I was planning to upgrade to iOS7 then I should ensure my Barclays App is up to date and that I've logged in at least once, first. As both of those applied, the app works fine.

Am quite liking the new look. Vibrate-o-maker is fun (I've gone for a classic breakbeat pattern) and the camera seems faster. Look forward to updating my iPad 2.

Does IOS 7 work on 4th gen iPods ? Wee Bing's says his software is up to date at 6.whatever - anyone know ?

24GB is A lot!

I'm not going to update mine until a week or so while they teething problems settle..

I like it, although clearly designed for the large iPhone 5/s/c screen - means I will now just have to save up for a new 5s!

Mine whined on about imessage a half dozen times and then stopped. Most annoying feature so far is that email locks up for several seconds while updating. prior iOS allowed you to at least read emails etc while it was updating...

Email is my only minor niggle. Used to be able to swipe then delete. Seems I now have to read it then delete.

You can still swipe, but in the other direction... that was getting on my nerves too and I just found it by accident!

That was sorted out by the guys a couple of pages back - thanks.

Barclays must be struggling. The app has a warning on it now and texts have gone out to everyone...

Mine' snow all fixed :)

No, sadly not.... The oldest hardware it will work on is the ip4, and the 4g touch is basically a 3gs internally.

Found a bug. Type the word 'tonight' into a text message and gasp in amazement as it underlines the word.

I think it does it as it can link it to your Calender. Does the same with emails.

Finally got mine updated via iTunes when I got home last night, as it wasn't getting very far over the same wifi that updated my iPad in less than an hour.

But it's not doing that on my 4S. Maybe I've got some secret setting switched off.

Took my iPad into work to scrounge their bandwidth (we have more bandwidth than you'd believe possible) and it took 4hours to download and install!

Came home, updated family iPad mini, 20 minutes from start to finish.

I'd love to know the network stats for apples content servers.

Firewalls and application prioritisation Stu... Personal devices on the public side of a network = bottom of the priority pile :(
