iOS7

Think I may leave it a few days.

I updated my iPhone 5 this evening and it took about 20 minutes without any issues. I immediately changed the wallpaper to black as for me the default grey wallpaper seemed to strain my eyes and at time was hard to read. I'm not crazy about the new icons but I guess I will get use to them. Otherwise everything seems to work as good or better than before. Just hope iOS7 has as good battery life...

I have had it for a couple of months... It does look very childish... However functionally once you get used to it is much better then ios6... Its the small things which make all the differnce.

I wouldnt quite say its a revolution, and still lagging behind andriod, but i like it.

I have it on my works 4. Haven't updated my personal 4s yet.

Seems very clunky on the 4. Not sure if it has enough power to run it properly!

Icons seem too large to me. I think the background colour is going to be very important I think!

My iPad is installing now, it's taken 40 mins so far... Bearing in mind the software downloaded last night it's taking waaaaaay too long. Think I wil l keep my phone as-is for now.

The colour of icon text actually changes depending on the background colour to make it more contrasting and visible!

Also the icons shift when the phone is tilted.

I havent upgraded my ipad yet as imo Ios6 with JB > ios7

It's really slow on my iPad 2. Also, it has fecked up my home screen and when I try to choose it again I can't see the actual photos, so have had to guess to find the right one.... Then it won't let me move and scale it the way I want it to be. So far :headbang: :headbang:

Wasn't sure at first but starting to like it. Love the auto app updates and my iPhone 4 also seems to be running faster. Facebook for iPhone (which auto updated overnight) is way quicker than the previous version too.

As someone else says, battery life improvement will be the thing a lot of people benchmark it on.

You should not be so impatient. I've waited until the US went off line, downloaded at 9am this morning in 11 minutes and it's currently preparing the install.

Of course that's the kiss of death and it will now crash :(

EDIT - job done in around 25 mins :)

Mine whined on about imessage a half dozen times and then stopped. Most annoying feature so far is that email locks up for several seconds while updating. prior iOS allowed you to at least read emails etc while it was updating...

Email is my only minor niggle. Used to be able to swipe then delete. Seems I now have to read it then delete.
