You are right - you have no idea what they are like until you claim. Touch wood, I have not had to do that.

Can't say that I understand srhutch's experience where seat heaters would increase the premium, especially if they would not be covered in the case of theft. Would not increase the risk regarding an accident and would not increase the theft risk so why even come out with a premium increase statement.
 
I've moved to Classicline this time around and so far they seem very efficient and friendly. Just need to sort an agreed valuation out with them now.
