Ah yes, the city I don't visit anymore as they have hiked the parking charges from ridiculous to absurd. Used to pop down for a sunday morning coffee and stroll, but the last one cost me £14 in parking for 2 hours.

Don't forget the other crap emanating from the car-hating, lycra-clad green weirdo council...
- the blanket 20mph speed limit...
- the narrowing of lots of dual carriageway to the point where a car can't overtake a lorry so they can have wide cycle lanes...
- spending a fortune routing cycle lanes behind bus stops...
- expensive cyclist detection signs displaying the daily count of the self-righteous bastards as they waft past in a cloud of lentil fart...
