So I’m joining the E89 N20 club next week, after 4 E85’s and an E86

I’m expecting a bit more comfort, a more luxurious cabin and more torque.

I’m also hoping the Valencia Orange paintwork is Louder than the N20 :rofl:

Edit - Now in the Club, first clean completed and delighted with the condition of the car :thumbsup:

Congratulations - VO is just such a great colour. :thumbsup:

But can you still be "True-Blue"? :lol:
 
VO is the best colour - the e89 is certainly a comfortable cruiser and the cabin is certainly a nice place to sit.

The week will pass oh so slowly :rofl: I had a three week wait for mine and it was like waiting for Christmas at Easter

Well... it’s paid for, the insurance is sorted and it’ll be being loaded on to a transporter on Monday morning....

I’ve never bought a car without physically inspecting it in person before..... :o

I’m feeling confident now.... but I think I’m going to be Nervous on Tuesday morning :rofl: :wink:
 
Well I am certain there are quite a few people in the same boat, in fact Pondrew has done the same with an e89 M Sport although from a dealer.

Seeing as this is a forum car from golfgeezer I am certain it will meet your expectations, nervous yes but is that 80% nervous and 20% excited or just plain nervous excitement.

Just enjoy the car - it will be a cracker I am certain :D
 
Two-month E89 owner here, and loving it! With Covid and all that, same as you, first time I bought a vehicle without seeing and testing. Weird. Loads of trust involved. All went went. Everything the salesman said was true, even the transporter driver was super nice. I've only taken her for one proper drive, and you can find the report in the forum. The Turner Motorsports mono balls and camber adjustment plates arrived, and my dearest tech will install them in a couple of weeks. That should start curing the understeering. I hope you'll enjoy yours as much as I do mine.

Funnily enough I’m not massively for or against the contrasting roof, I like both options 8)

I prefer the full car in VO but would have had either if my budget had been able to stretch that far - best colour by a mile :D
