All my clients I speak to are voting In, contact in local authorities are voting in and anyone who I know who isn't a chav or old is voting in.

Seems to be a pattern.

Also some people don't seem to understand that this is not a vote on immigration!! Sick of seeing videos on social media linked to voting out and immigration!

If the reasons for leaving the EU were so great their wouldn't need be such a debate we'd already know its right to vote out.
Playing Devil's Advocate here but, surely, the other side of this argument is 'If the benefits of, and reasons for, staying in the EU were overwhelming there wouldn't need to be a debate as very few people would actually wish to leave'...

Fair question but easy answer, most people are limited to 1 or 2 information outputs (tabloid rags) most of which carp on about immigrants immigrants immigrants and how they are the source of all our problems and they are because EU.

Agree, as I said above that is driving this hysteria around immigration completely disregarding the fact that EU migrants are net contributors to the economy and that they are vital to various sections of the economy.

If we're going to generalise you live in Rotherham so you must be a paedophile?

I don't actually think you're a paedophile, I've just used that as an example to prove how moronic your statement above was.

There's many reasons why people want to leave the EU. If you want to stay in then fine, make a positive case for doing so that isn't based on trying to portray everyone who doesn't as a racist or a thicko.

Well ........

I am no chav, bigot, right wing, racist.

Old? Maybe in some peoples eyes but not to others, as age is a perception thing.
I am a middle aged, working class, family man who has been employed in some form or other since the age of 12. (Please no comments about child labour, workhouses etc).

I have no objections to any person, race, creed or colour who wishes to come and live on this fair isle to do so. So long as they are prepared to work, pay into the same systems I have paid into all my working life. Live by the same Laws and sets of rules I have had to and earn their right to be here. Like my brothers wife, who is Thai and a harder working lady I have to meet.( Other than my missus of course).
We have enough Social Scroungers already living here who have been brought up thinking that they are entitled to be given everything to them on a golden platter without lifting a finger, other to fill out the benefits claims forms. But that's another issue...

I take offence at being called all of the above in the first line of my response because this is what I am most definitely not!!!!!!!

However, my Vote is most definitely OUT........Why????

Because it's my choice, because I have my own mind, because it's what I think is the right thing to do, because I want a decent future for my children, because I believe we can thrive on our own and because everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Or have we stopped being a Democracy????

I am not pleased with the way our Country is being dictated to by Foreign unelected officials sat on their very large gravy train within the EU.
I am not pleased at being told by these people who we can/should allow into our country and who we can/cannot remove back to their country of origin if they commit crimes within this country. The majority of these immigrants are Social/Economic Migrants who are in no danger to life or limb in their own countries, just after a gold encrusted free ride. Controversial statement?? Possibly.....

Yes immigration is a part of the argument but is not the entirety of the argument and the problem is far too large to discuss on this Forum.

I'm voting out, for various reasons.

But IMMIGRATION is not one of them.

The facts: consecutive governments, labour and conservative have shown they have ZERO interest in lowering immigration. They pay lip service to it and that's it!

So regardless on wether we stay in or go out, there is no guarantee the government will stop immigration.

People seem to have this view that a magic wand will be waved and immigration will disappear!!

I hear people complaining about Asian immigration, and how we need to leave the EU to stop it.

Non-EU migration is solely down to the government. They could stop it, if they wanted to. They clearly don't want to!

So I will be voting out but it will have nothing to do with immigration.
