I like it - anyone who says these have a hard ride has never driven a Z4 on runflats - its chucking ot down here so not driven it in an ambitious fashion but it zips along .

Gannet .... I thought you would like this, I am well chuffed with this taken it for a spin tonight - big problem is keeping it from Mrs Zermatt who drove it on the way out and is very hooked by it - very special little car

these little hatches are nuts now days.... can't put my fiesta down, totally love it and its whole personality, the small rev happy turbo engines are just ACE.
 
Agree Beedub took me back to my Cinq Sporting and 306 xsi driving the Fiat today and @ 135 it may have some room to grow during ownership .
 
Not really no, I hardly drive that car and I don't have Bing's backside to absorb the bumpy ride :D

Cheap to insure though - £135 for the year 8)
 
Well 3 months in and 2k further on the clock and time for an update ..... we love this red rocket , some of the things the Abarth gets marked down for ( high driving position) are a real boon on country lanes as you get a decent line of sight , it certainly blats along and sounds awesome for a 4 cylinder when started cold , seats are comfortable as well even of the material looks like they should be on a sports shoe.

The scope for mods is pretty limitless - although at the moment I'm wondering whether to keep it standard and move on up to a http://www.abarth-uk.com/abarth-595-competizione/ .... 180 bhp .. but i'll be waiting for some discounts to start before weighing in they are pretty pricey in comparison to the base model.

certainly a lot of fun.

one slight snag ..... it was bought as my run around, SWMBO showed no interest in it till i bought it - now I note her daily drivers mileage has gone to a standstill and the Abarth is always on the road somewhere. managed to wrestle it back today for a well earned bath.
