I’ve had two people one wants to buy my wheels so how is anyone going to drive it away without wheels is a puzzle to me and just got another email someone wants to buy the strut bar,I don’t remember saying anywhere that I’m breaking it for spares,maybe that’s the way to go just like the Subarus as perfectly good cars are getting broken up hence they are getting rare compared to a few years ago,yeah I’m in just under 21 k with motorway so might go for it
 
That would depend if it’s a black m3 one or the OEM silver one which was an option from the bmw catalogue when new?
 
Looking at the pics it’s silver. I’m curious as well now as I didn’t realise it was an option.

If you can get 21 from Motorway why are you going through this pain waiting for someone eventually (could be a long time) to turn up and bid you on 22.5?
 
I just had my daughter's Audi TT on Autotrader for £13750, it was a lovely car with 18 months transferable Audi warranty, against all the others for sale it was a very fair price imo. I dealt with the usual timewasters for about a month and eventually, mainly out of interest, I put it into WBAC who offered £14k! Four days later £13800 (they chipped the price a bit for a scratch on the rear wing) was in the bank. I wish I'd saved myself the time and hassle :-o
 
Yeah your right bg I was gonner take a few better piccies but as it’s pissed down most of the week it’s not been possible but looks like I’m going to go down that route,I tried to do a px against a 330 i estate bm petrol but it was overpriced and the dealer offered me 19 k also as stated there seems to be. A bit of a second hand car shortage hence some are importing them from Japan
 
Bump,ok for those that are seriously after a decent Z 4 M I’ve been offered by Motorway 21k and I’m going to take it so if anyone of you out there can match it then it’s yours,I’m taking a small hit on wot I paid for it but the Scooby I brought at the same time I’d get 5k plus more if I was to sell it due to the fact they are going up fast I think they have trebled in price over the last 4-5 years depending on which model due to the skylines going through the roof
 
It’s not sold until the cash is in my bank,no doubt they will want to knock me a bit,I’m getting messed around at the min so not a done deal which is wot I expected

Hope you’re taking the CSL’s off and the Strut brace too - before chopping it in?
There’s value in both - moreso in the wheels - hence if they do chip you a bit, it’s less painful having taken the goodies off & got the cash for the goodies :thumbsup: :wink:
 
The engine strut bar should be worth around £275 and the wheels if OEM CSLs about £1200 so worth selling on there own.

x2 and probably about right on the £’s numbers..

All Status needs, is someone with an Z4M sat on the OE style 224 wheels, in half decent condition, shod with half decent tyres..
Do a quick swap over of wheels & a wedge of Cash, the way of Status & it’s winner winner :thumbsup: :driving:
 
Surely it’s worth an ad on Autotrader before getting a trade in price?

Well,I’ve had people say and ask is the SB for sale,told it’s worth £275 so offered it at £250 another case of timewasters two people after the wheels one wants cash either way with a px the other just wanted the wheels hence my comment earlier how is the new owner gonner drive it away without wheels,can’t win really,maybe the car looks like a pig and drives like one,something I’m missing maybe,I’ll see wot happens this week and put it on piston heads for a month in the meantime I’ll start to enjoy it
