Congratulations!! There is no better feeling after years of renting. Knowing that if you wanted to, you can drill holes, knock down walls (within reason!) etc without getting into trouble from the landlord!

Have you any plan's for it or do you like it just as it is ?

I do have a few plans, going to start by getting it repainted and recarpeted and redo all 3 bathrooms. It's only 10 years old but I want it to feel really new for when I properly move in. I want to get a small tree removed at the front to have space for a 3rd car and then a little paved area at the back for BBQ.
So I want my living room to look like the one on the top right, turquoise theme..

Need some money now.
