I'm officially a homeowner!

Congratulations Ms Ruby.

When the wife and I bought our first home in 1991 for the princely sum of $71,000 USD. We were scared that we had bit off more than we could chew. But we managed to pay off the 30 yr note in 18 yrs. Then sold it for double what we paid. What a great feeling that was.

I like your thinking. I should do that, I've got 4 bloody bathrooms to clean
Bathroom competition, any advance on four 8)

Congratulations Ruby, nice picture of you looking all summery, what about some of the house.

@Quadracer, do both our houses count, in which case 5. Sadly yes I am old enough to have two houses, but it's only temporary while the wife changes career, one or t'other will go soonish. However renting a second place was more expensive than buying!

They only count if you have to clean all 5 of them. :)

I would like to put a couple up of the house but want to clean it first. No one has lived in it for a few months so its a tad unkempt outside. When it's sparkling with Zara parked in front of her new home (yes I have a garage too :D - although may needs some tips from Andysat) I'll post a piccie or two.
Just debating the size of garden sheds with my dad. What is it with men, he reckons I ought to get a big one and I don't...nearly had an argument in the Nursery.

Winter tyres = more expense  struggling as it is. Had to put the front bumper respray and wheel refurb on hold. No one better mention it at Zedfest if I go. I know what you guys are like.
