Interesting to see how the M engine is so tight in the M3 whilst in the Z4M it has loads of room around it.

Well given the bonnet space is much larger in the Z I thought it would be somewhat obvious.

Nice one plowy.
I have never been keen to buy a saloon car as the aesthetics are such an important part of it. BUT i can understand what a driving tool the M3 is. I just couldnt love a car on performance alone.

I thought a saloon car was a 4 door model. We call them sedans in North America. I thought 2 door models were called coupes, as we do here also. Apparently I'm wrong so what makes a saloon a saloon? :scratchhead:

No, you are right. dreamer had a slip of the tongue. A saloon is a 4-door car. Actually, I think the coupe is refered to a coupé in Europe.

ground,love your m3 mate

If I needed 4 seats rather than 2 I'd be very tempted by an M3. Can't recall ever seeing that colour M3 on the road. Looks very tidy indeed - enjoy

Welcome back, M3's are a great car. Nice to see you have stuck with BMW and not downgraded :)

Nice car and nice colour.

On good style 67's (iirc), in Silverstone, it will look very very very 8)

One of my fave colours along with Techno Violet for the E46 M3!

OK, so the wheels did'nt really cut it for me hence remedial work, along with new OEM discs and 'Performance Friction' pads...

Plowy that looks much better, and it is a lovely colour, if I have to get rid of the Z4 for something more practical (i.e. 4 seats) M3 is top of my list :)

Genuine or reps?

Someone got some M3 CSL reps with FK452's on eBay the other week, they were nearly new as well... I wonder if these are those :D

Either way, good choice of wheel! I prefer the OE 19" for that model, but I guess CS models eventually came with those anyway and still look great :)

What other mods/changes have you planned?
