I came up with this. As well as some protective film, I used this 'Z' section EPDM from eBay. Let me know your thoughts. I'm happy, anyway!

Hah! Thanks for the kind words.
Frankly, I love doing this sort of stuff, but I have 3 kids, and I literally have to steal myself away for a few minutes here and there.

I was only joking! But you're right, even the small jobs are very satisfying.

I had a similar problem but a slightly different solution and used wheel arch trims off a Jag XKR. Spent ages looking at various cars that had similar trims, but the Jag ones looked most like OEM (to me at least). Made of rubber, so easily followed the line of the arch and held on securely with 3M tape.
