Due to posts about whippys, I have caved in to the peer pressure and ordered a "Stubby"

Carbon Fiber 3.5" to replace my 3.5' whip. Perhaps it can be used in other ways. :P

Lest it should look good on my black paint.

For anyone who does have a spare whippy as a result of fitting a stubby, you could use the whippy as a fishing rod for your gnomes, given your fondness for small things! :poke:

Perhaps you should consider getting a Midget.

would be interested who was the first to do a "stubby", was it a member that started the revolution. ?

was my first so called modification

Excellent - Whippies (if that's the plural) went out with cross ply tyres, non retracting seats belts and manual radios

 As a penis substitute, the bonnet's long enough... don't want to over-egg the pudding, do we....

Its not the size that counts it how you use it!! :?

I had a Hyundai coupe before the Z and the aerial on that was a proper eye gouger so the whippy seems small in comparison.... plus I like actually being able to pick up radio stations

It used to scare me cleaning and reaching into the boot.

As for radio I'm sure you know the FM aerial is inside the rear bumper.
