I HAVE BEEN SCAMED

The back box replacement pipes were a long running sorry saga as well, there’s definitely a pattern involving snoopd & it’s not a good one
Rob

You will see that I sent the pipes to him out of my own pocket. Read the last few posts on that ad. Even the buyer confirmed he had received the part as described and was happy with his new part.
I have never scammed anyone on here and have always tried to resolve when things went wrong.
Never scammed anyone of their money and that's the bitter truth for some critics on here.

As mentioned before, you can even ask blackdog about my last transaction on here.

Funny how some members criticise me of scamming when they have done it themselves (SENDING RIPPED ARCHLINERS AND WRONG BUSHES AND NO BLANKING PLATES AND MISSING SCREWS AND SENDING RUNFLAT TYRES INSTEAD OF NON RUNFLATS!)

I've had a very enjoyable read through this epic thread...... Op has clearly been ripped off, Snoop D, what an arsehole, you've been rumbled mate, do the decent thing.

I had a big long reply typed out but ultimately it comes down to this.

Snoop, if you really feel that we aren’t seeing the full picture and that you were totally clear in your description of the bonnet, then post up the conversation you had with the OP.

From what’s been posted so far it seems like the OP was clear in his questions about the bonnet being the M version and you confirmed it. If that’s the case then it’s on you.

UPDATE* I have been in touch with OP and we are working to get the bonnet returned. We are liasing with the courier he used.

I don't see the point in me explaining things anymore as no one is listening or has even saw the whole PMs from start to finish and all pictures used in our discussions.

So on that note, hold on, hold up wait...

...are you all really that foolish?

What if john-e89 also belongs too...

Well, on that bombshell, goodnight! Hehe   :fuelfire:

Oooooh can we even ask Blackdog.....we’ll why didn’t you say so to begin with, could’ve saved all this silliness....honestly...aren't we silly billies....

Snoop D... are you seriously claiming that you didn't know this guy wanted an M bonnet and you had no idea that he was under the impression he was purchasing an M bonnet from you?

It all started with YOU responding to HIS wanted thread for a Z4M bonnet.

And please please please stop going on about the 'm sport' bonnet. You KNOW there are only two bonnets - standard and M. It's just making your case worse and worse every time you mention it.

Absolutely everyone here can see that you've mislead the guy and I really do hope you do the right thing now.

Well let’s see if he sticks to his word as he’s been rumbled and forced to back-pedal as he’s clearly got designs on keeping on flogging his crap on here.

Buyer beware in its purest form....

Change a username, change an email address and who knows If it’s the same person selling? How do we ever know ?
I do hope there’s a mechanism the mods can use.

He’s extremely disingenuous as demonstrated by his attempts to separate his two existing aliases in the linked back box for sale post. First he states he’ll take them posting as Aeroadster then calls second dibs whilst posting as Sail.

https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1683174#p1683174

Most disappointing is that his aliases Sail and Aeroadster have been registered here for four years and six years respectively. Inherently, I trust members who have been around for a long time far more than I do newbies when it comes to make purchases at a distance. Even his Scam D user name is almost a year old.

Funny how he has said twice that I sent him smashed up wheel arch liners.... which I sold to Sail and he still says that isn’t one of his accounts....

Anyway, he was told that the arches had a piece cut out where the liner meets the front bumper as I had my Zed low and it rubbed with my 19” wheels. This was stated and pictures provided... what’s funny is he has never messaged me and mentioned it over the last year.

What is very funny though is that he has just claimed others have ripped people off my sending smashed up arch lines...., well the thread believe this one is a guy who has purchased “perfect” arch liners from Aeroadster that he has received and they are modified. Now he isn’t replying to PMs a week later and thinks he has been scammed.

This guy is full of s**t!

I still can’t believe the mods haven’t been round and stepped in. Is he a mod? Who knows. I’m only back here this last few days because of this post. I’ll be in no hurry to come back though. The forum has gone downhill. Yes there are still some great member that has been around for year, and some good new ones too. But when something like
This happens the mods used to step in. That’s changed.

What can the mods do?

It’s a sale between 2 individuals..

The mods don’t hold any kind of legal power to do anything .

If this is the same person here’s evidence of me asking.

They can see when a pattern start involving with someone. And close accounts.

If someone has been on the forum for 4 and 6 years like two of his known accounts have. That’s give a bit of credibility.

Personally I would feel more confident when buying something to deal with someone who has a long history compared to someone has signed up last week.

Still in packaging is an excuse he can use when you say they aren’t perfect.

That’s just a lie. Simple as to con you!

That’s partly why I trusted them as they’d been registered for some long :x

Also if this user had messaged the original buyer to claim they weren’t perfect it’s proof he knows what condition they were in

Yeah, it’s a pretty sorry state of affairs. Even all the pics in his for sale thread are of the undamaged sides.

There is a fair bit of evidence to support criminal proceedings now, should someone want to resort to that (Police unlikely to prioritise if a single event is reported, unfortunately).

Given that you sent arch liners to him, I presume you have his name and address. Perhaps you should pass that information on to the OP so he can let Interpol know who they should arrest and where to find him :police:
