Exactly what I have done and OP shows this in his emails too. I sent him a picture of the Z4 msport bonnet packaged up securely and he received a Z4 msport bonnet packaged up securely.

All I'm trying to say is, bonnet was removed from an msport Z4 (not saying there is a standard/Se/sportwhatever bonnet) and I know it's not an ///M. If buyers are unhappy they have 14 days to return part for a full refund. Return costs will not be covered, unless ofcourse the seller sends a defective/faulty/incorrect part then full return costs are reimbursed.

You clearly knew OP wanted an M bonnet, no arguments as he even asked you to confirm it was an M which you refused, so why should he send it back on his own cost...? You sent the wrong part so it’s you that pays the return shipping cost, that’s how it works if you’re legit. And I ask agin, is that you in the newspaper article or not...?
