I am not going to comment on anything that has been bandied around on here as there is very little evidence to support either case in actuality.
However, unless I've missed something previously (quite possible as I too am an old fart), I have never before noticed any mention of a warehouse?
Until this point I had, maybe wrongly, assumed you to be a normal Z owner, just moving on a few bits from one you've broken, or something similar.
Are you now intimating that you are in fact a professional breaker/dealer?

There is no such thing as an m sport bonnet, only an M bonnet or a regular bonnet, if you have told him you were sending an M bonnet you have not sent him the right part
It seems where you've both undone yourselves is that there's no such thing as an 'M Sport' bonnet. I suspect you both knew that.
For the seller, you're trying to get more than the going rate for a standard bonnet by pointing out it's off an M Sport trim model - which doesn't exist. There's a Sport trim just like there's an SE or Exclusive trim, but there isn't an M Sport trim. Did you know that? Did you know that the bonnet you were selling was no different to any Z4 other than the M. No matter what you say, it seems perfectly obvious that you did.
There is of course an M model and we all know the bonnet on that is different. Let's not pretend we don't.
To the buyer, I imagine you're pissed off that you didn't get an M bonnet, but for £250 what did you really expect? Be honest.

My reply to you was of a genuine and sympathetic nature and was an attempt to put you on a path towards finding a method of getting your problems sorted. Other people have also responded in a similar manner. They were the comments I would have expected to your, what seemed like a genuine, plea for help.
Nothing but help was proffered on that post.

the hood is not damaged, the photo shows the open package showing you that it is not the M hood, as you had promised.
