Id be impressed if you could get an M for sub 10k, if that's the case id be willing to sell mine and buy super high miler and pocket the difference!

I did manage to get him down to £9250 + my Jeep as a trade-in [Glass's trade in price £1780] Total £11,050 to include 6 months 4* guarantee but also paid for a Glass's valuation which came out at Dealer asking price of £10,260 and Private sale in VGC at £9280. All things considered, have decided to buy Toby's ///M Coupe on the for sale thread and, hopefully, will meet him in Southampton tomorrow afternoon to pick it up.

Nice move on the Isle of Wight Zc glad its going to a good home & staying on forum , the roady would only have left you lusting after the more svelte & shapely coupe

To be fair - I'd be tempted to do the same, given that some coupes are going for £13k and they're in good condition..... I reckon we'll see more roadsters nearer, if not under, the £10k mark soon

Also I wouldn't give the glasses valuation any credit, it's their bulls#$t valuation that got me conned by my insurance company. Eventually getting 3.5k for my s - type R when you couldn't find one anywhere in the country for less than 4 private! Their valuation was apparently dealer price.
