Current Z4MC has a couple of ratchet teeth missing, which means it needs to be Geoff Capes'd on even a slight incline. Ratchet replacement is a centre console out jobbie, so I'm going to leave it a little while.

My 320td was fine, 123d needed loads of notches before anything happened, first Z4 was great, next Z4 not quite as good and 325ti is a bit like the 123d..........!
