The actual button just has plastic clips, they click back in when you push it back in after removal. If you want to remove the buttons housing that is a different matter. In think this only works for the centre button (the bit that you push) it won't remove the complete button, to do that you have to get at it from behind, there are two tabs either side that need to be pushed in, in order for the complete button to be removed.
