Know you're Simpsons! 
It's Homer disguised as Krusty after going to clown college. He then gets into trouble with the mob, they shoot holes in a car he wants to get for free (because he's Krusty) and the salesman claims the bullet holes are 'speed holes', so Homer puts some in his own car when he gets home using a pick-axe

Can't rate the advanced driving enough!
FYI the advanced driving courses are free - I did mine with RoSPA (roya societ for prevention of accidents) - here is their motoring division:

Its free - the only cost is your petol, and that of your tutors time - the only cost for me was the case of wine for my tutor when I passed! I have also just had an insurance email from them from a company that will beat my renewal quote by 20% (August for me) because of the qualifcation.
As far as performance goes - I drive faster, have more fun and i'm alot safer.
Did I mention it was free...? 8)

still one hell of a lot cheaper than the other route - Institute of Advanced Motorists... IAM which you have to buy the Skill For Life package at £139
the way RoSPA works sounds very similar to the IAM though and they use the same books...
I did the IAM way back before their costs got ridiculous...

you still a member? try IAM Surety for insurance - they guarantee to beat your renewal and they have for me
Erm claims service was pretty good too 
Also become an observer as you will be trained even further by your local group and get to 'advise' new associates (which can be pretty scary...)
