How-To - e89 Cruise Control Retro-fit

Hey there, i cant send a pm yet as im a new member, wanted to know if you still did installations for people and if so what your price is.

Have read the how to a few times, and feel confident as I recently had to reprogram an ECU due to the well known parking brake issue.

I have also used Bimmercode for auto fold mirrors, roof open and closed at low speeds, in expert mode.

Has anybody used Bimmercode, I just feel more confident

A big thank to AnubisZed and this group, I have just had time to fit and code in the cruise control system. An excellent how-to, followed and worked great 🙂

You have to brave and confident to do this....lol

Now what can I do next....lol

Well, this is what I've retrofitted since....
Full iDrive, including Combox.
Top Hi-Fi (677).
Front/rear PDC.
Full memory electric Sports seats.
Auto dimming mirrors.
Powerfold mirrors.
Auto wipers/headlights.
Extended Lighting.
Extended Storage.

So anything is possible, it's all down to what you want to do.
Oh, one thing to add to the Cruise Control retrofit is that I've also replaced my speedo cluster with a proper Cruise Control version, so I now have the LED's around the speedo.
I don't include this in the How-To though due to the cost and complexity of the job. And for all the cost and complexity is it really worth it for what you end up with?
