Sure, item PVMF from here:

Thanks

Might have to think about one of these too, when funds permit

One thing I find really helps, is to mist the car with QD while it is still wet and then dry with a Megs drying towel. The QD works well as a drying aid - otherwise there are specific drying aid QD type sprays.

What's wrong with a good old wash leather? Just keep ringing it out!

That's what I used to think, but they do a great job of collecting and holding onto dirt on their surface, which then scratches the paintwork - hard to see on light cars but blindingly obvious on a dark one in sunlight. As I have found out to my cost

A microfibre towel takes any dirt into the weave, keeping it away from the paintwork. Also faster - I lay mine on, take it straight off (so no rubbing) and whizz over with a smaller towel to finish. Takes 5 to 10mins max to totally dry the car

But the scratches can be removed with T-Cut???? (gets coat)

I went and bought 4 large person-drying cotton towels and washed them a few times before use. Still they just smear the water around which leaves streaks. I'm seriously considering putting reverse osmosis in the garage for about $300 to end this madness. Even the drips out of the mirrors and rear tail lights leave terrible long white streaks - EVEN after my new 10 micron and 5 micron filters AND water softener.

This is what happens after the filters and water softener if even a drop is left to dry on its own...

Chamois for me to dry off, always kept nice and clean, rinsed out with a bit of warm water and car shampoo. go through about 4 a year just to be sure :)

Honestly, use the towel I linked. Really does work a treat on my black Zeddy. Not one streak or whatever and I just used plain-old tap water.
