Quick detailer on the wet paintwork to help dispearse the water and remove any water spots and dry off with a waffle weave or microfibre towel, try and avoid wiping over the paintwork and either pat dry or place the entire towel unfolded over the bodywork and pat dry.....can look a bit silly but its effective.
