Ummm, I might live in England, but I'm not totally Stoopid

Ok, preparation complete now using all the legal loopholes.

Bought this now: http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=163126

Just getting a 500 litre container. So the Karcher will be in the container pumping the water in the hose with which I will was the car. The container will be fed by a hose from the tap.

As I am on a meter anyway, I don't think they are actually targeting people like me but only people that do not pay for their water consumption (i.e. fixed rate only).

This could be a very profitable income should Scotland get independance. Though they reckon it would be 10 x cheaper to build a de-sal plant. Though having to drink de-sal water is not pleasant, don't care what anyone says, you can taste it, not nice :(

Still not something I need to worry about living in Scotland :P

is that really legal? As in use the hose pipe to fill a big bucket, then another hose pipe to pump it?

Also i recon you could prob get away with washing your car if you live in isolation... And dont have neighbours which will rat you out!

It still beggars belief that we have water shortage problems when we are surrounded by water :headbang:

Instead of building a high speed rail link, why not use the money and build a couple of desalination plants in the South East :poke:

cos we'd need hundreds more windmills to power the plant! Bet the stupid f**kers would build them in the North where there's plenty of water because it was an eyesore and the NIMBY's complained :D

Off the top of your head, is this enough flow to feed a pressure washer? Too lazy to go check the Karcher manual :)

The water companies use helicopters at £10k an hour to spy ... and you are right, no neighbours can see me so not worried about that but want to have a legal answer ready in case I ever get the knock at the gates (only with a warrant of course ....)

No problem at all, they actually recommend this if your water pressure from the tap is too low ...

Okay, but 15% of your profit is payable quarterly and dependent upon delivering against SLA's related to matching fluctuating demand, with a sliding scale based on your speed of response to changes in that demand, irrespective of whether it fluctuates up and down. These will sit over a fixed SLA for on-time delivery of 'sweeeet tastin' fresh water'. I'll go a bit easier on the reduced delivery SLA's because arguably it will be hard to sell any surplus back to the Scots. Any profit you forgoe by failing SLA's gets channelled into the Forum, via my 'company car account' for processing purposes. And if you don't like those terms I'll speak to the Welsh :P

.............and the Farmers are already saying that produce prices will have to increase dramatically (headline.... "salad set to rocket")
Another good deal, do less and make the same money, I'm in the wrong job :?

Right if I have Thames water but live in Wltshire.... still a ban? yes or no as the report focus around the south east and am well south west, am hoping that am not but the map does not look promising :(
