Ok, preparation complete now using all the legal loopholes.

Just getting a 500 litre container. So the Karcher will be in the container pumping the water in the hose with which I will was the car. The container will be fed by a hose from the tap.
As I am on a meter anyway, I don't think they are actually targeting people like me but only people that do not pay for their water consumption (i.e. fixed rate only).

This could be a very profitable income should Scotland get independance. Though they reckon it would be 10 x cheaper to build a de-sal plant. Though having to drink de-sal water is not pleasant, don't care what anyone says, you can taste it, not nice

Okay, but 15% of your profit is payable quarterly and dependent upon delivering against SLA's related to matching fluctuating demand, with a sliding scale based on your speed of response to changes in that demand, irrespective of whether it fluctuates up and down. These will sit over a fixed SLA for on-time delivery of 'sweeeet tastin' fresh water'. I'll go a bit easier on the reduced delivery SLA's because arguably it will be hard to sell any surplus back to the Scots.
