I reckon you are going to have bite the bullet an get it to a dealer who knows what he's doing. It might cost a lot but again might be cheaper than replacing perfectly good parts !

I thought the codes you are getting are lean codes?

Lean codes indicate under-fuelling not over-fuelling.
 
They are..but it seems to be running very rich, plugs are getting black and you can smell its running rich.

I think i will change the fuel filter and see what happens..running out of things to try really.

Iv ordered a throttle body to rule that out.

I Can only think its fuel pump related or fuel filter or injectors if the throttle body doesn't work.

Did u get this sorted and if so, what was the fix?
Been searching around threads as have a similar issue.
Lower air intake boot on the way to replace the old cracked one but i have lean codes and throttle control codes...so could be throttle body related.
Dont want to get into replacing a bazillion and one parts like you look like you did....
 
You never answered the most important question - was this a trade or private purchase? If trade you can give it back to them to fix.
